This policy explains what information Machinexa ("we", "us") collects through machinexa.cloud and PharmaCRM early-access onboarding, and how we use it.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us directly through our forms:

• Waitlist signup — your email address.
• PharmaCRM early-access application — company name, contact name, email, and optionally phone, team size, use case, and timeline notes.
• Contact form — your name, email, and message.

Like most web servers, ours also logs the IP address and browser user-agent string of each submission for abuse prevention and debugging.

How we use it

We use this information only for the purpose you gave it to us: to respond to your inquiry, review your PharmaCRM application, or notify you when early access opens up more broadly. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this site.

Who sees it

Submissions are stored in our database and reviewed only by the Machinexa team members responsible for onboarding and support. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain waitlist, application, and contact records for as long as they're useful for the purpose you submitted them — for example, until you're onboarded onto PharmaCRM, or indefinitely for closed inquiries kept for our own records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Your choices

Email hello@machinexa.cloud to request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted. We'll respond as quickly as we can.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
